Our goal at silverfish Jewelry is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live.

We deliver to clients across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

Our time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing time: Order verification, quality check, and packaging.  All orders are sent to our shipping team for dispatch, usually within hours after the order is placed and received. 

Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse in San Diego, CA to your destination. International delivery usually takes about 7 - 10 business days. United States orders are shipped by USPS, UPS or FedEx.  After order processing and leaving our warehouse, items usually take between 2 and 7 days to arrive at their U.S. destination depending on which shipping method you selected. 

  • Important:  Please ensure that your shipping address is correct. Once the order is out for delivery, we are unable to redirect the shipment.
  • All FedEx Ground orders leave our warehouse within 1-2 business days, and should be received within 3-7 business days (depending on location).
  • During promotional periods, please allow an additional 1-2 business days for your order to be processed. 
  • All FedEx orders ship according to FedEx business days.  Saturdays and Sundays are excluded from the delivery time frame. 
  • Lost packages: please reach out to our customer service team at silverfishjewelry@cox.net if you believe your package is lost/stolen.  We will file a claim on your behalf.  Please note shipping claims can take up to 20 days to process. silverfish Jewelry is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages that note delivery confirmation to the correct shipping address.

TAXES

If you are shipping within the U.S., applicable sales tax will be charged on all orders.  There will be no other tax or import duty charges to orders shipped within the U.S.  All non-customs related local taxes are the customer's responsibility.  Silverfish Jewelry is not responsible for reporting or paying additional local taxes to states.

INTERNATIONAL TAXES & DUTIES

For all international orders, duties are NOT included in your purchase.  This charge will be billed to you upon delivery of your order.  Please note that duty charges range per country and are subject to change.

CANADIAN AND MEXICAN TAXES AND DUTIES

Taxes are generally about 5-18% (depending on the provincial destination). Customs will put a taxes-owing form on the box and the box is held by the Post Office as a COD.  Recipient pays the tax/handling when the package is retrieved.  Duty charges will be paid upon delivery of goods. These charges are not included in the original total of your order.  All orders may be charged a higher shipping fee.

All other countries:

All orders will be charged the necessary shipping fee.  Refer to International Taxes and Duties above in this Shipping Policy.
